Is the sling hard on my back?
No, the MOMME ring sling is designed to spread out across back and shoulder which allows the weight to be distributed more comfortably. Wearing a sling is more comfortable for your arms and back than carrying.
When can I start wearing baby and how long can I use the sling?
Slings can be used from newborn to toddler stage. Slings are particularly helpful to nurture premature babies as it creates a womb like environment.
Is my baby safe in the sling?
Slings are very safe and have actually been used for centuries. You will find that as you go through the learning phase of baby wearing, holding your baby with your hands becomes instinctive but after you become a baby wearing veteran, you can safely carry your baby hands free!
What do I do if my baby doesn't like the sling?
Don't give up! Try different positions. Facing out (Buda) is a great position for babies that are in the mood to be stimulated. Facing in or cradle position is a comfort for sleepy babies. Babies also like to be moving so it's an opportunity to multi-task!
Is the ring sling hard to use?
Not at all! The rings allow you to easily adjust your baby and can be worn in various positions. Once your sling is set up, it's ready to go for the next time.

Can I nurse with the sling?
Yes. Nursing in the sling is discreet and very convenient. Simply pull the inside fabric below your breast and latch the baby. The tail is perfect for breastfeeding privacy!
Can I wash my sling?
Yes, machine wash in cool water and dry low heat.
